Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry

The Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry NGO is the professional federation of the manufacturing industry with the largest membership in Estonia. Its interest is to contribute to the continuous development of engineering, machinery, and the metal industry. The Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry is a member of the Estonian Employers’ Confederation.

OUR SERVICES

Our mission is to connect companies related to the machinery and metal industries. Throughout our work, we focus on three topics that affect the machinery and metal industry on a daily basis: young people, publicity, and business development.

EXPORT
Development of trade and foreign relations: Expanding market opportunities for Federation member companies' products by assessing the relationship between domestic and foreign markets.

OUR PROJECTS

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Increasing cooperation and integration with other industries and research and development institutions in production, development, and marketing. Preparation and implementation of strategic development plans for the machinery industry and its production areas.

CONTACT

NEXT GENERATION IN SECTOR
Representatives of the EML engage in the work of the Advisory Boards of vocational schools, curriculum program councils, etc. We arrange for professionals to conduct lectures at educational institutions and organize factory visits.

QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES
We are conducting qualification exams in 8 vocational schools, in all vocational education specialties in our field, including: CNC operator, bending machine operator, welder, mechatronics, and robot operator.

QUALIFICATION SYSTEM

COMMUNICATION
Mediation of information between the machine and metal industry and the public sector. Disclosure of success stories and high-tech companies and products.

FOR MEMBERS
Development of the working environment, organization, and relationships within companies. Gathering and dissemination of economic and professional information to member companies and government institutions. Organization of seminars, training sessions, and joint visits to trade fairs.
