The Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry NGO is the professional federation of the manufacturing industry with the largest membership in Estonia. Its interest is to contribute to the continuous development of engineering, machinery, and the metal industry. The Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry is a member of the Estonian Employers’ Confederation.
Development of trade and foreign relations: Expanding market opportunities for Federation member companies' products by assessing the relationship between domestic and foreign markets.
Increasing cooperation and integration with other industries and research and development institutions in production, development, and marketing. Preparation and implementation of strategic development plans for the machinery industry and its production areas.
Representatives of the EML engage in the work of the Advisory Boards of vocational schools, curriculum program councils, etc. We arrange for professionals to conduct lectures at educational institutions and organize factory visits.
We are conducting qualification exams in 8 vocational schools, in all vocational education specialties in our field, including: CNC operator, bending machine operator, welder, mechatronics, and robot operator.
